SUBMISSIONS

• Any communication or material submitted to Autobahn Supply Co will be considered non-confidential unless stated otherwise. Such materials or submissions may consist of, but is not limited to, articles, photographs, audio and or video files. By submitting or communicating with Autobahn Supply Co, you automatically grant Autobahn Supply Co a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display the communication or material alone or as a part of other works in any form of media or technology whether now known or hereafter developed, and to sublicense such rights through multiple tiers of sublicenses.

CONTESTS

• At certain times, Autobahn Supply Co may conduct contests, which will be subject to particular Official Contest Rules. Any contest conducted by Autobahn Supply Co is open to contestants 18 years of age or older residing in North America, excluding employees of Autobahn Supply Co and their immediate family, the latter consisting of parents, siblings, children or any person residing in the same household as the employee.) Autobahn Supply Co contests are void where prohibited and are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations where applicable.

• Any prize awarded in connection with a contest conducted by Autobahn Supply Co is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent for any prize is permitted, except by sole discretion of Autobahn Supply Co. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Autobahn Supply Co reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value to the contest winner. Taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning a context conducted by Autobahn Supply Co will depend on the total number of entries received.

• Autobahn Supply Co is not responsible or liable in any way for damage, loss, or injury resulting from the award of use of any prize, or entry in the context. The winner assumes all liability for injuries sustained or claimed to be sustained by his or her participation thereof in a contest conducted by Autobahn Supply Co. Autobahn Supply Co reserves the sole right to cancel or suspend any contest should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Autobahn Supply Co corrupt the administration, security, or proper administration of the contest. Autobahn Supply Co also reserves the sole right to disqualify any contestant or individual Autobahn Supply Co finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of a contest conducted by Autobahn Supply Co or to be acting in violation of the Official Contest Rules or these Terms of Use. Autobahn Supply Co reserves the sole right to disqualify said individual from future participation in any contests conducted by Autobahn Supply Co. E-mail or Internet entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Autobahn Supply Co assumes no responsibility for lost, mutilated, or misdirected entries. Autobahn Supply Co is not responsible for late entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant or by an equipment or technical malfunction or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in a contest, conducted by Autobahn Supply Co. An entry that is illegible, incomplete or late will be disqualified. If a prize notification is returned as deliverable or Autobahn Supply Co cannot contact the winner for any reason within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing of the remaining eligible entries. Contest entries will be judged by Autobahn Supply Co, whose decision on winner selection and all other matters relating to this contest are final. By accepting a prize, the winner grants Autobahn Supply Co permission for the use of their name and biographical information for advertising or promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All entries become property of Autobahn Supply Co and will not be returned.

Autobahn Supply Co LLC (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in, subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features without notice. This Agreement is limited to the Program and is not intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that may govern the relationship between you and Us
