Refund policy

At Autobahn Supply Co., customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the specialized nature of automotive performance parts, please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition.
Include all original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories.
Be free from damage, wear, or modification.

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Special-order or custom-made products
ECU/TCU tuning software or digital products
Electrical or electronic components that have been installed
Products showing signs of installation, use, or modification
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items

Manufacturer-specific return restrictions may also apply.

Return Authorization

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

To initiate a return, email autobahnsupplyco@gmail.com with:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return

Our team will provide return instructions and, if approved, the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or submitted to the manufacturer or supplier. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
