Can this kit be shipped internationally?
Due to the fire extinguisher, this can only be sold in the US and cannot ship internationally. However, the mount can be shipped on its own without the fire extinguisher if you have access to Element Extinguishers in your country/region.
Will this affect my seat positioning?
Although the kit was designed as compact as possible, you won't be able to have the seat all the way forward to clear. Also note that if you have seats with the under seat cubby, you might not be able to access it depending on the seat position.
